Update approved with a very small adjustment. FYI, AC & PT for #98 are capped TPE that are considered post-regression so you have an extra point to work with. That's been reflected in my math below. For future updater clarity (if needed), this update does *not* violate the 24 TPE regression rule - this player would have -9 "post-regression bank" but earns 34 TPE afterwards (moving AC & PT #98 to post-regression), again as noted in math below.

Regression: 1814*0.15 = 273
