I would recommend you ask the Commissioner or a Board member about this just because they may have more to say about this in terms of knowledge about this policy; I will also mention this to them later today just to get some clarification and if I do reverse my decision, I will be sure to let you know. (I will definitely have a decision for you if I reverse my decision before the next cycle of updates so you don't have to worry about that.) Either way, apologies for this; I completely understand why you may feel you deserve to get the TPE approved.
