Victoria Falls loses their first match of the season 3-1. Tex Star and the attack struggled to find their normal rhythm and saw consistently as they were on the defensive and struggled to stop the LEGEND player in the final third. When asked about his streak Tex simply said “he couldn’t care less in defeat”. Shout out to the academy commentator though who acknowledged the consistency of Tex. I think from here the boss and Victoria have to find a way to score outside of primarily crossing, as when they weren’t available to do that they struggled a full 90. Tex individually needs to get better with his ability to finish headers, and continue progressing his first touch so he can remain in control versus the defense. Let’s see if Victoria falls will bounce back this week and take the top spot back in the academy league. I believe in my teammates and the bosses ability to put us in winning situations each game. It’s our job to execute the adjustments that are made, we have to want it ourselves. But with great teammates like Noxu, Karry, and Wolf on the attack we will find a way back to the top surely.
