An analysis of Sirxo Master's Debut - ScarlettMantis - 2026-07-18
Sirxo has finally been revealed as the newest academy player getting ready for a stint with the SSL. Today he dressed up for his first game with Adowa Accra FC and right off the bat there was an immediate disturbance on the field.
Sirxo was given the LWB role as he grew up with, however the team lined up with a more standard RB, leaving the back line a little disjointed.
The game quickly gave off the signs of what was to come, Stockholm quickly started to expose Accra on the left flank quite a few times which lead to quite a few crosses into the middle, including one or two early goals to really put Accra on the back foot.
It was tough watching Sirxo struggle as his out of the box role was quickly shown on full display.
However, towards the end of the first half, Accra started to dig the ball deep into Stockholms side of the pitch and it was in the offensive stride where Sirxo managed to make some plays happen. With his positioning it always seemed like there was an extra attacker along the left side and he linked up very well with his surrounding teammates for little one twos. eventually he'd even get the ball at the edge of the box and lay a nice cross in or two.
It was certainly inspiring to watch him start to figure out his role in the game and get accustomed to the higher degree of competition. He certainly will need to continue to evolve his game in many different places as he is poised to take the next step at the end of the season and enter the draft.
