As Josh Harper gets more famous, more companies and merchandise want to use his name to gain popularity for their items. One of these caught his attention a lot; it’s a merchandise company selling animal plushies, and they asked him what type of animal would best represent him and his brand. He said the animal he thinks he is most like for his play style is a lion because he waits for his opponent, like he’s their prey, to make a mistake and pounces towards the ball as fast as he can to steal it. Personality-wise, he is very loyal, just like a lion is loyal to his pride, also very ambitious to reach his goals and is a good leader for his team. As well as lions, they both make quick decisions, always looking for a challenge, and are highly competitive. The plushies are more focused on going to the children, as he inspires them by being good role model for them to look up to. The plushies will also have his jersey, with the name and number on the back, which will help with the endorsement in selling the plushies. The main reason for him doing it is that it allows him to further reach out to younger kids to inspire them by being a good role model.
