Minute 4:
Early into the game it was Stockholm looking like the better team. With some quick ball movement in the midfield the team would find Metalbeard on the right flank with plenty of room. Metalbeard would run the ball down the wing and cut into the middle and forcing defenders to challenge him. A nice quick pass in the middle of the box would find Marcus Adamones who would strike the ball first touch and beat the goalkeeper for an early lead.

Minute 5:
Metalbeard would use his size advantage to cut out a long pass before charging down the right flank just like he did a minute before. This time he made a quick lobbed cross to the middle of the box. About 4 Stockholm players were charging in and it was Bonnibel Bubblegum using his head to get his team a second goal in under 2 minutes of play.

Minute 21:
Adowa Accra was working a cross into Stockholms penalty box which would be won by the head of a Stockholm defender. The ball would be perfectly at the feet of Adamonis who would use his time and space to start a counterattack. Moving himself to the left flank before sending a through ball for Bubblegum to continue the attacking play. Bubblegum would first appear to be running the ball deeper down the left side but quickly changed direction to send a quick pass low to Jensen who was streaking into the box and finding space. Jensen would one touch the shot off his left boot and send and absolute bullet of a shot past the Adowa Accra goalkeeper. Sadly this play would be called offside but still was a great counterattack by the team.

Minute 28:
The Adowa Accra goalkeeper would send a long pass to his left flank but his teammate would struggle to get control of the ball. Wouters from Stockholm was pressuring the player and would make a quick steal and run down the sideline and cut inside before sending a through ball to Jensen. Once again it would be Jensen and Bubblegum linking up but this time it would be Bubblegum to make the one touch shot with his right boot and beat the goalkeeper. Fortunately for Stockholm this goal would count.

Minute 70:
Once again it would be Metalbeard and Wouters using the right sidelines to move the ball and setup the play. First Metalbeard would send the ball through for Wouters who would run the ball down the right side and look for a cross. Wouters would send a low pass to Jansen who had a lot of space just inside the box. With Dono and Adamonis deep into the box drawing away defenders they didn't spot Bubblegum who was right at the top of the box ready for a pass. Jansen would get control quickly and made a perfect setup pass for a strike from Bubblegum who once again didn't disappoint his fans. Certainly a lot of strategy and chemistry working tonight for the Stockholm side.

Minute 80:
Adowa Accra FC would work the ball down their right flank with some quick passes and lot of pace. The Stockholm group was unable to get back to their man-man coverage and legend player Franco Torres would find himself in a great position at the top of the box. Torres would send a hard shot past the Stockholm keeper and beating future superstar Swiss Cheese. Certainly not the fault of the keeper on this one, and a goal that Stockholm players would certainly like back.

Final Game Notes: Stockholm looked good with their strategy and gameplay. The team is certainly building some chemistry and have been working their flanks very well both offensively and defensively. Metalbeard looks like a wingback with his abilty to run the ball and his height has certainly been used to his advantage. It has been great to watch Metalbeard and Wouters control the right side of the pitch. Both Jansen and Bubblegum have been finding each other with great setups but there has been more than just those two working the attacking plays. If you look closer Adamonis and Dono have been making runs and forcing defenders to take notice which has opened up more opportunity for the teams attack. Butters has stayed more quiet this game but looked to be helping out the midfield and defenders who have also stepped up their game. Goalie Swiss Cheese deserves a lot better ratings than what FM is giving him lately and the team has all the confidence in him this season. With 2 games in a row Stockholm cannot let their foot off the gas now and must bring the same energy and gameplay to their next opponent. Congrats to Bubblegum on the hattrick, and to the team for one of their best wins of the year!

With a fast pace on both sides it looked for a moment that Victoria Falls Eagles goalkeeper was going to slow down the play. He would make a short pass to his defender who would quickly move the ball upfield and start the counterattack. Moving it to the wing it would be Ohurley running the ball with a lot of pace. The Stockholm midfield would try to close the game but a short pass to Cic and then a legend player would get the ball quickly into the middle and with more space. With the Stockholm defenders focused on one side the ball would be moved off to the opposite on the right with player Karry Hane streaking in alone. He would not lose much strike while reciveing the ball and would quickly beat the goalkeeper from just a few yards inside the box.

Minute 29:
Victoria Falls Eagles would have a free kick just a few yards outside the Stockholm box. The ball would be shot low by player Star and the Stockholm defense would soon gain control of the ball. With a lobbed pass to Jansen on the sidelines he would move the ball back to the midfield finding Wouters. By drawing in defenders space would open up in front and Wouters would lob a pass down the middle to find Bubblegum. With only 1 man to beat it would quickly be denied by the last defender but only momentarily before Metalbeard would use his height advantage to intercept the pass and put it at the feet of Wouters again. Some strange technique between Wouters and Bubblegum would see Bubblegum tracking back to use the heal of his foot and send Wouters through on the wing. With a lot of space Wouters would run the ball all the way to the goal line just outside the box. With a hard low pass to the middle the ball would be deflected by defenders before finding the boots of Janson who would make a quick turn and shot to beat the goalkeeper and tie the game for his team.

Minute 32:
Just a few minutes after getting scored on the Victoria Falls Eagles goalkeeper would have a kick that he decided to play short to the legend defender. Bubblegum would immediately charge the defender and force him to make a quicker play. With only a couple of options the defender chose to move the ball across the goal area to the opposite defender. This time it was Leif Janson charging in would intercept the pass right in the middle of the penalty area. Right away he would smash the ball past the keeper and get himself his 2nd goal in only 3 minutes.

Minute 36:
Most players would be satisfied with 2 quick goals but players on Stockholm are built differently. Last game it was Bubblegum getting 3 goals and since Jenson had 2 already he was anxious to make it 3. The team would use a slower build up approach but making short passes down the right side and into the midfield. Adamnois would spot Bubblegum making a run outside and sent the ball through for him. Bubblegum would use his left foot to send a cross into the penalty area and even though there was a few Stockholm players in the box, it would be Leif Janson on the receiving end once again to get his 3rd goal of the game. 3 goals in about 7 minutes must be some kind of record.

Minute 40:
Victoria Falls Eagles would start controlling the ball and the pace using as much space as they could. Slowly moving the ball with short passing plays they would eventually find Ohurley on the left flank. With a short hesitation play he would draw in two defenders before finding his legend teammate streaking through into the box. With one touch to control and 1 to pass off his left boot the legend player would send a short and low pass right into the middle of the penalty area. Jaden Cic would find the ball and the back of the net with a quick strike to help his team regain momentum for the match.

Minute 73:
Stockholm would have a throw in deep in their opponents area. The ball would be intercepted by Victoria Falls Eagles and a long ball sent to player Star up forward. His run would be cut short though and it would be Stockholm looking to make a quick counterattack. Adamonis and Wouters would work the ball into the middle for Jenson. Then Jenson would move it out to the left flank for the Stockholm legend player who had tons of space. Unsure on their defensive positioning the legend player would fast attack the goal and fire a great shot to the back of the net. Legend player Juha Jarvinen should not have been left so open.

Final Game Notes: The remainder of the game would have some chances for both sides with a total of 16 shots on target and 44 total for the clubs combined. The game initially looked the Victoria Falls Eagles were going to be in control but an amazing hattrick performance by Leif Janson really broke any momentum that Victoria Falls Eagles might have had early into the match. The team really locked in after the first goal they conceded and a great performance from their defenders and goalkeeper kept them alive throughout the game. The strategy and chemistry for Stockholm was on full display tonight with facing a great team like Victoria Falls Eagles. Both sides had one heck of a match that will be remember by the players all season. If Stockholm can continue this type of gameplay into next week they could find themselves in the top 3 by the following week. Both Janson and Bubblegum have hattricks this week making Stockholm a serious scoring threat for their opponents. Their goal differential for the season has also gone from negative to positive. A great turnaround and week of games for Stockholm.
