SSL Portal Observations from a Noob: Part 2 - nasbase - 2026-09-06
Now that academy stats have been updated in the portal, I have more observations in regard to it. I hope this doesn't come across as negative because I do love that SSL has a portal.
I will preface with a disclaimer, I am sure a lot of what I noticed is a noob user error LOL. I do like that the "NPC's" in the academy are distinguished from the prospects by adding LEGEND to the name. One thing I do wish was possible is filtering them out and only seeing prospect stats, it's a QOL wish that is probably hard to do. I also would love to be able to see more than 10 players on the screen. Have something like a perpetual scroll through list. It makes looking at stats compared to rest tedious. I also noticed that the last 10 game stats on the player page does not include academy games. I have yet to find a way to see box scores on the index, which is why I assume there is a FM file available in the discord similar to how PBE has OOTP files available. As someone who doesn't know much about soccer/football overall, the information helps me understand and connect the dots with my build. Not to mention, it gives me fodder to write and earn that sweet TPE.
2 games in Rylee is looking pretty good, still looking for that first goal!
