Festive season approaching...

While everyone is rushing to the store to buy their preparations and decorations for Christmas and New Year, The SSL doors are met with a glacial silence...

Rather unusual, to be honest, as everyone expects more activity. The organizations are preparing for the new season, the players are buzzing in impatience, and with the World Simulation Football Classic approaching, regional managers are suffering headaches when making their selection...

I caught myself walking around at my new settlement in Italy, wondering if I could go for a tour at Maranello, and get a souvenir from the oldest F1 racing team in existence. I was still checking my phone from time to time to see if there was any activity on the SSL Union giant Discord server.

It was still unusually peaceful, which meant two things : either everybody is busy, which would make sense as I mentioned earlier ; or I woke up too early again. To confirm the latter I decided to take a walk to Il Colosseo and Romana's training grounds. A playlist in my ears, clean air in front of me, and I was gone...

When I arrived at the facility they were almost done with the grass, and indeed I was too early, like two or three hours early. So with the remaining time I... got my training jacket and trousers up and slept on the grass. I started laying on my back and watching the sky, and before long I ended up sleeping on the side, using one of the balls as headrest. I smoothly got back up, took a warm shower and then I was heading to the cafetaria.

"Maybe there will be more activity around 10am, or even at 12pm", I was thinking.

I have no proper way to end this piece, so bye and I'll see you on the next one.
