Jerry had been drafted. He is going to spend the start of his career at Inter London, a team that had just gotten relegated. Some people would be upset over this, obviously, you want to play with the best of the best out there, but not Jerry. Jerry loved this idea. This is an opportunity to not only improve his skills in an environment with less pressure, but also this is an opportunity to really make his mark in his rookie season, an opportunity to form a core with the young players that just joined Inter London and really set themselves up for future success.

When you play at the top flight, your chances of getting noticed drastically go down, as you're playing with people who have years more experience than you, are a lot better than you, and are more than likely going to show you up on the pitch. But down here, all bets are off. Jerry has been told that he may see a lot of time in the winger role this season. Not what he originally had planned, but that's ok, anything to help the team. His time as a striker will come, he just has to be patient and prove himself to be a valuable asset for Inter London.

But all that is in the past now, Jerry is focused on one thing, soccer. He wants to be out there on the pitch, learning his new position and trying to cover the weak points of his game. He wants to get to know his new teammates, and he wants to get ready to make that name for himself, to stake his claim in the SSL. And day and night, whether he's at the pitch or in his bed, there is only one thought on his mind right now.

...When's the first game? Cause I'm ready to play.
