It came to our attention that during the week of Activity Check #39 (last week), D1MD5, D2MD4, Cup R1 Leg 2, and D1MD6, the updates from week #38 were inputted into the file, but the simmer used an earlier version of the file for simming. Thus, every single match played last week was done so without updated builds and this affected every single team in the league.
The Board reviewed the situation, and discussed whether or not a re-sim would be completed. After discussion, the board voted not to re-sim given all teams being affected and thus no team gaining a competitive advantage from it.
All updates from week #39 and #38 has been added to the file today and we have reminded all relevant parties about the procedure regarding file updates and downloading the latest file prior to simming.
