- WildfireMicro - 2021-12-09 Ahh Davy Mac, the Inkling cousin of baseball star Inker Belle. He watched his cousin become a star in human baseball, and he wanted to join her. The only problem was: he was really bad at baseball. He couldn't hit and he couldn't pitch at all. He did have one thing that might help him: he has a hell of a leg for Association Football, or soccer if you are American. So he played a lot of football in high school and was ecstatic to learn that there was human football as well. He lived mostly in Octoville, a city in the Inkopolis Metro region that was not that far from Inker Belle's hometown of Inkopolis. He originally played goalkeeper, but after some bad play and an injury he requested to become a goalscorer instead and trained hard for it. He was put in the Midfield and became a star, leading his team to the Metro Region High School championship in his junior year. They would unfortunately just fall short 2-1, but Davy just got right back up and kept on training to get back to the title game. The next year, his team just barely avoided elimination in the tournament with him getting a game winning goal in the semi-finals. They got to the finals again, and Davy would again score the game winning goal via a header to finally win the championship. He was awarded the tournament MVP and not long after declared his intent to join human football. He was originally heavily doubted, but Inker Belle would stand up for him amd said that she is an example that if you put in the hours to get better you can compete with anybody. Davy Mac is certainly ready to put in the hours, and will be in the waiver pool for anybody to grab. All he wants is a chance, and I can't wait to see who gives him that chance.
