- r1c3bowl22 - 2021-12-21 Cairo City's Franco Torres is a petty individual. Coming off a hot stretch where he has scored 7 goals in 4 games, Torres is ready for some relaxation during Christmas break. He plans on hosting his friends and family at his new home in Cairo. Unfortunately, it isn't the nicest place, since the team didn't really give him much of a pay. However, he has quite the spread laid out. He plans to offer a 9 course dinner to all of the attendees. The significance of this being the 9 goals he's scored for Cairo thus far. After the dinner, he plans to host a variety of games that poke fun at everyone drafted above him in the SSL entry draft. He has blown up 48 balloons and written the names of every single player drafted ahead of him. Within each balloon, contains a slip of paper which states what someone will win. In order to win the prize, an attendee will have to throw a dart at the balloon. This will cause the balloon (and associated name) to explode, unveiling the prize held within the balloon. If an attendee hits a rival striker's name, then they are awarded with a second dart to throw at a balloon. After that portion of the evening, Torres has planned for his friends and family to take a tour of the City. He had never been to Cairo, or Egypt, prior to joining the soccer team. He figures that the same is true for everyone else in his close circle. He's stated that anything his friends and family want, while on the tour, will be made available to them. Torres doesn't have much money now, but he figures he will be making bank in the near future, so it is what it is. He wants this to be a memorable Christmas for everyone. They did fly a very long distance to visit. |
