- Asked Madden - 2023-06-10 Yoooo, Reykjavik got themselves promoted and went straight to work improving the team. Firstly, Rashford got the full time Manager gig. From my (albeit uninformed) understanding Rashford had been caretaking the side for some time, so to step in full time shows a great trust in the side he's building. After becoming permanent he went and made a huge splash signing, I'm not sure if it was a sign and trade or just straight up free agents signing. He brought in the one, the only Tata Youre aka, my ISFL GM and all around nicest sim league dude you'll ever meet - @RussDrivesTheBus. We then brought in someone I have never spoken to but I fucking love his player name so he's a good egg. Taters? Poe Tay toes? Boil em, mash em stick em in a stew. Pat Taytow will be joining the Reykjavik lads and user RamenAmen has joined the locker room. From what I understand, again I could be wrong, I believe Rashfords player was loaned out last season so he should be back on the side as they push to stay in the top division after they got promoted. It's a new look side in Iceland. Exciting times ahead. - RussDrivesTheBus - 2023-06-11 Is it a coincidence that my ISFL player is a potato? You do the math. |
