Honestly, I never expected to have made it this far in the SSL.

I joined thinking it would be a nice simple secondary league for myself,

but I was wrong, and I am very glad I was wrong

I fell in love with this league pretty quickly, by week 1 I had reached out to the board to help out with anything, and that turned into my initial involvement processessing league transactions and ensuring managers had an up to date budget sheet.  That turned into taking on a role in the board, awards team, various department head positions, and lately ... management.

To say I've spent some time here is probably an understatement, but I've been blessed to work with some amazing people during that time, people that I'd gladly do it all over for again.

To @Canadice - simply put, you are the reason we can all enjoy this.  Yes others put in work, but nothing compares to the dedication you have shown around here.  Thank you for that, thank you for giving us a platform to enjoy this silly thing we call sim leagues.

To all those who have served any role of management, or the board, or really, any league job.  I have truly enjoyed working with you.  It's been great to see what has been built together, and what continues to be improved on each and every day.

To my friends in Reykjavik and North Shore, you have made it a blast to be here.  You make my job as a Manager easy, and yo

u make it fun to continue to put in effort to grow our little corner of the league.

To my friends in Tokyo, Hollywood, and Seoul.  

Thanks for the good memories that we had over the years.

I'll finish this off with a fun little summary of some stats.

By the end of S16, I'll have played 228 games in the Top Flight

with another approximately 90 games in the cup.

65 Goals, 77 Assists (11 x Player of the Match) (and counting)

688 Key Passes (and counting)

198 Chances Created (and counting)

I retire as the current leader in distance run between the League and Cup

7x League / D1 / Major Champion

3x Cup Champion (though 6 losses, what da heck Reyk)

7x League / D1 / Major Team of the Year 

and lastly, thank you to Hollywood for giving me a chance to play S16 in the Majors
