- Canadice - 2022-01-16 S2 SSL Prospect Draft We know what you all have been waiting for. All the eligible prospects have been picked and with this announcement, are free to join their new teams. Who got picked where? Well, we bring you a quick recap of the draft courtesy of our reporters in Australia, Shane and Aria: Congratulations once again to all drafted players and we look forward to seeing your contributions on the pitch in season 2! SSL Rulebook As mentioned in an earlier announcement, the BoD have been hard at work revising the rulebook. The result is the revised Rulebook that will be in effect starting on Monday when the season changes. The structure of the rulebook has been changed so that users can look at sections relevant to them or their questions. We have divided rules in regards to individual players from rules that target teams as a whole, and we strongly urge all players to look through the rules about TPE earning Section 3 Subsection 2 and Contracts Section 5. Rules have also been written about what types of player movements are allowed, both in regards to new prospects but also during a player's career. SSL Calendar During the work with the Rulebook we found the need to have a set calendar that we can refer to for important occurrences during a season. This resulted in the following SSL Calendar for the foreseeable future, barring any changes to the league structure. This calendar will be easily accessible in the menu bar at the top of the forum. As you may notice, the calendar follows a nine-week structure for each season but S2 is a bit different as we're moving from the off-season being in the beginning of a season to the end. S3 an onwards has exactly the same structure which we hope to be able to keep with the current size of the league. As always, don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or comments! /The SSL BoD |
