- HalfEatenOnionBagel - 2022-02-07 Theme Week - For the love of Football Like most soccer players, Inter London's Bud-Lite McGuirk loves the beautiful game. He loves his family. He loves chocolate cake, it's his favorite. He loves pina colodadas and taking walks in the rain. Sure, all of those things are nice, although pretty common. But, most are shocked to find out that one of his greatest passions is ghost hunting. And not just your run of the mill ghost hunting, we're talkign the real deal from haunted bowling alleys to haunted duckpin bowling alleys. He's seen it all and is quite an active member of the community, even making multiple guest appearances on the renowned ghost hunting show, umm.....Ghost.....Hunters. In his first appearance, he mentions that one of his absolute favorite locales for ghost hunting happens to be the infamous ghost town of Denver, Colorado. Surprised to hear that Denver is actually a major hub for ghost hunting? Well you wouldn't be the only one, but the mile high city is full of ghost stories galore. Just last week, McGuirk posted a story on his instagram page documenting his latest ghost hunting expedition: an all nighter at The Patterson Inn, known as one of Denver's most haunted places. And digging deeper into his page, it's clear he makes a trip there at least on a monthly basis. It's safe to say that Bud-Lite McGuirk loves Denver Ghost Hunts. Which is why when user 'Punkpaste' commented on Bud-Lite's recent story saying: "Look at this poser acting like he loves Denver ghost hunts," it is understandable that Bud-Lite took great offense. He even paused his most recent press conference following Inter London's 1-1 draw against CF Catalunya to issue a public statement on the matter. An absolutely unneccessary act, but one that he nevertheless felt compelled to carry out. What follows is a transcript of his statement: "....no I don't want that on. What's up? I've been getting a lot of rude claims about me lately. People have been saying that I don't love Denver Ghost Hunts. Well guess what? I LOVE DENVER GHOST HUNTS, AND DON'T YOU SAY THAT I DON'T. I loooooove.....Denver.....Ghost Hunts. The nerve and unmitigated gall that people have to say that I don't love Denver ghost hunts....mmmm (shakes head). Not for me, I love Denver ghost hunts, ok? Get it through your head that I love Denver Ghost hunts. I love Denver ghost hunts. There's nothing I love more than DENVER GHOST HUNTS, ALRIGHT? I love Denver ghost hunts, how many times do I have to say it to get you haters to believe it? All you doubters, I go to Colorado, I go to Denver every month to go on ghost hunts. And you're having the say the, you have the rights...the thing.....you have the nerve to say that to me?! Not on my...not in my world. Not in my world. I love Denver ghost hunts. And there's not shhhhhh- there's not crap that won't think me, that won't that I wo- cause there isn't anything you can that I wouldn't, that I wouldn't agree because I love Denver ghost hunts. Ok? So could you please just stop saying that I don't love Denver ghost hunts? I go on, on them all the time. And you're saying....(sigh) c'mon. Like how do you sleep at night saying that I don't love Denver ghost hunts? What? I love Denver ghost hunts and I always have. I've....every time I've gone on them I've loved going on them. So what are you thinking about when you're trying to say I don't love Denver ghost hunts? Just think for a little bit. Try to use your head. That somebody might have feelings whenever you're trying to say that they don't love Devner ghost hunts. And that's the end of that. And that's the end of the story. One, two, three, it's over with" Like I said, a completely over the top response to just a comment on an instagram story but nevertheless one that Bud-Lite felt needed to be delivered. Well, one thing is for sure. It's safe to say that Bud-Lite McGuirk loves Denver Ghost Hunts. |
