GRADED: Millwall prepares for sophomore season - stevo - 2025-04-11

For the SSL, it has been a work-heavy summer - another SSL Draft in the books, multiple expansion teams joining the fold.
Down in the southwestern part of Germany, the newly crowned minor league champions Montreal United have gathered for a training camp on the grounds of their parent club Schwarzwälder FV. After their extraordinary title run, the organization is eager to gun for a repeat. That will undoubtedly take a lot of work and coordination on the team's behalf but with their core remaining more or less intact it's not completely impossible.
After spending most of his rookie season getting accustomed to the level of play in the SSL's minor league, German midfielder Cameron Millwall has been seen quite a lot around Montreal's training grounds during the summer months. Scout reports indicate that he has vastly expanded his game, working on numerous technical facets. He should now be way more productive and instrumental for the United's passing game. With that glaring weakness of his play adressed, the question is what he will work on next. There are several options, each with their own positive implications. "I'm just trying to be out there," Millwall said, "to present myself and show the coaches what I can offer to the team."
