NSU vs KTH MD6 S21 Review - Nion - 2025-08-17

Reviewing North Shore United vs Krung Thep FC MatchDay 6 for S21

KICK OFF

It was pretty quiet for the first 3 minutes of the game. This is normal. Who cares?

In the 4th minute, North Shore got a corner with Furious Chicken to take it. Ended up being an indirect free kick for Krung Thep after Chris handball.

In the 7th minute, North Shore has given Kika Bahl a chance to score a goal. The ball went a bit too high.

In the 10th minute, North Shore was doing some magnificent teamwork from Defence to Offence. The ball went to Mikko Rashford III, took a shot, but Patrick Carrigan recreated the iconic Emiliano Martínez save in the WC Final. Mikko Rashford took the corner, and it was pretty hard considering the fact that the ball was flying. North Shore has tried to get it in, but Mikko couldn’t go past Mazeed Al-Kazmi after Brodie James’s bad play.

In the 20th minute, it was Krung Thep’s turn for a corner. This feel’s like some sort of sibling fight. Anyway, Dave Oliver took the corner, and Krung Thep tried to get the ball over the Goal Line. Dave Oliver attempts, but it was great defence from North Shore.

In the 23rd minute, North Shore basically did the same scenario as the 7th Minute, but a bit differently. Kika Bahl shot, but he missed by approximately 12cm. Yes, I use the metric system, get over it.

It was 19 minutes of no highlights because they’re all boring but one in which didn’t show.

In the 40th minute, Brodie James got booked! Who taught you how to get booked? Brannigan Stoush?! (Possibly)

In the 42nd minute, North Shore had a big chance, but it was another brilliant save from Patrick Carrigan.

Half-Time

0-0
2nd Half Kick Off
In the 54th minute, North Shore won a Direct Free Kick from Krung Thep’s awful challenge. Brodie James took the Free Kick, and it lands into the top right corner of the net!
In the 62nd minute, it was Krung Thep’s turn to win a Free Kick. WE’RE NOT SIBLINGS! STOP ACTING LIKE WE’RE FROM THE SAME FOUNDER! Anyway, Dave Oliver didn’t attempt to score, but he did pass. Still couldn’t find any successes.
In the 63rd minute, Kika Bahl took a throw-in, passed it to Kelsier Summers, passes it to Brodie James, and he shoot it to the back of the net to confirm Kelsier’s assist.
In the 66th minute, Krung Thep, used all their teamwork they could to make it 2-1, but Dave couldn’t make the rocket goal.
In the 68th minute, Sandro Da Silva took a throw in, but Dom Patterson made a horrible mistake. Aaaaaaannnnnnnnd, Mikko Rashford III made it 3-0.
Fast forward to…
Full Time
3-0

Brodie James was awarded PoTM. Sandro Da Silva was the oppositions best player.
I’m reviewing my best Academy game next, so stay tuned.

Solid review of the match, no secret that I'm a sucker for stats and data extrapolation.
