HIRING: CABA/Athenai Looking for 2nd AM - Aleris - 2025-08-23 Hello everyone! I am looking to bring in a second AM to work alongside myself and @cake307in CABA/ATHENAI Frankly, cake and I just need a second set of hands. It takes a lot to run basically 2 teams and we need the help. That said we're looking for someone who embodies the following: People skills (chatting up new folks, scouting) Progressive priorities (I will not draft bigots, and as is the case in any locker room I build anywhere, I want to continue to make Tokyo a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ folks and people who have otherwise been excluded in sports) Kindness Initiative (someone I can trust will work off our scouting sheet without me having to assign them specific people) Activity (someone who can get the locker room hopping, help with encouraging people to do PTs etc) A massive note, if you are under contract with another team you must have your managers permission to talk to me.
