HIRING: HOL/FCK Assistant Manager & Tactician - Domffl - 2025-10-18
Howdy pals. Hollystad is on the hunt for another Assistant Manager, as well as a Tactician.
Assistant Manager
While experience with FM24 is preferred, it is not needed for this position! We are primarily looking for someone who can fulfill all or most of these responsibilities:
- Budget Tracking - making contract posts, negotiating contracts, tracking budget for future seasons.
- Scouting - messaging prospects, taking brief notes, representing the Hollystad organization.
- Discord - Be active! Help our locker room become a fun place to chat.
Tactician
Responsibilities:
- Testing Tactics - being able to sim games using a variety of our tactics.
- Creating Tactics - we’re always looking for creative tactics to counter different formations!
- Submitting Tactics - being able to follow the brief prompts to submit tactics for matchdays. The tactician isn’t solely responsible for submitting tactics, but be able to help.
