Sydney City Draft Primer - Turd Ferguson - 2025-12-11 Hello dear reader, I am back again with another draft primer! This time I will be taking a look at Sydney City, diving into where their active users line up on the pitch, what they each bring to the squad on match day, and what kind of value they could add to the team that eventually drafts them. So without further ado, let’s jump into it once more! Hunterdjackson2004 – Hunter Jackson – GK – 310 TPE Key Stats: 3 appearances, 14 saves Traits: None Top Attributes: Aerial Reach; Command of Area; Reflexes Analysis: While Hunter is relatively new to this draft class, being one of the most recent new creates, he has earned at a decent clip and is catching up to his peers in TPE. While he has had a statistically rough start to his career, that can be forgiven when considering that Sydney City only has one active user on defense. I’m not sure what the draft market looks like for keepers, but I’m sure there is a team out there that can use a solid earning backstop. Rager – Allen Gray – CAM – 319 TPE Key Stats: 8 appearances, 1 goal, 1 assist Traits: Looks for Pass Rather Than Attempting to Score; Tries Killer Balls Often Top Attributes: Decisions; Flair; Passing; Technique Analysis: Rager is a true midfielder’s midfielder, always looking to move the ball and create for his teammates rather than scoring himself. This has led to 18 key passes and a respectable average rating of 6.92. I have not seen much of rager on the discord, but he has not missed an activity check since creating and seems to have a floor of a solid mid-earner, which can be a very valuable piece for a team looking to rebuild. Mcfrasier – Francis Mburu– LD – 256 TPE Key Stats: 7 appearances, 1 goal, 1 assist Traits: Argues With Officials; Winds Up Opponents Top Attributes: Acceleration; Aggression Analysis: This user has gone inactive since creating and has not done a single activity check. Perhaps if they come back in the next couple weeks they can up their draft stock! favenviro – Huxley vin Merritein – CM – 287 TPE Key Stats: 9 appearances, 2 goals, 1 assist Traits: Dictates Tempo; Tries Killer Balls Often Top Attributes: Off the Ball; Passing Analysis: Another user who created and then quickly went inactive, we can only hope than favenviro returns to us and goes on to have a glorious career in the midfield. lemonpoppy – Lisfor ilovezeagle – CAM – 391 TPE Key Stats: 9 appearances, 3 goals, 3 assists Traits: Comes Deep to Get Ball; Plays One-Twos Top Attributes: Pace; Acceleration; Work Rate Analysis: Lemonpoppy is the TPE leader for this draft class and frontrunner for first overall pick in the upcoming draft. A great guy and super user over in ISFL, lemon has already picked up an SSL job and his considerable talents will be a great boon to whichever team drafts him. On the field, he has an exciting build which has almost maxed out Acceleration and Pace to build a blazing fast attacking midfielder who can do a little bit of everything. Lisfor ilovezeagle is certainly a player to watch! Jelley – Miester Blobbé – ST – 380 TPE Key Stats: 9 appearances, 5 goals, 3 assists Traits: Places Shots; Winds Up Opponents Top Attributes: Acceleration; Jumping Reach; Pace; Finishing Analysis: Another top prospect in this draft class, Jelley has been a scoring machine on the field and a yapping machine off of it, contributing on both the pitch and the discord and having the makings of an elite user. I would not be surprised to see Jelley get taken in the top five picks in the upcoming draft. Sen – Oscar Acton – RAM – 292 TPE Key Stats: 9 appearances, 5 goals, 5 assists Traits: Cuts Inside from Both Wings; Curls Ball Top Attributes: Acceleration; Pace; Off the Ball Analysis: Sen was around for a couple of weeks before going inactive sometime near the end of November. Their brief burst of activity in the beginning of November leaves some hope for a return, and their play on the field has been strong enough that a return would warrant some serious attention by draft scouts. RE: Sydney City Draft Primer - DivogoJota - 2025-12-19 Oh baby, inject it into my veins. I love stats and primers. This one was weakened by players going IA, but the insights you did give were lovely. 4/5 |
