[Hiring] Tactician for SFV/MTL - gaucho12 - 2026-01-22
Missed out on being a WSFC manager, academy manager, or you want an entry way into management without becoming a full OM? Join SFV/MTL as a tactician! Below are the requirements. Join a LR that will value your input, we have a very cushy chair in our tactician dungeon (only jokes, or not?). This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes if you are interested in becoming an OM one day.
Tactician
Responsibilities:
- Testing Tactics - being able to sim games using a variety of our tactics.
- Creating Tactics - we’re always looking for creative tactics to counter different formations!
- Submitting Tactics - being able to follow the brief prompts to submit tactics for matchdays. The tactician isn’t solely responsible for submitting tactics, but be able to help.
