Roger Roger netted the game winning goal against Hollywood FC this week in the first round of the SSL Cup. In a tough matchup against a very impressive Hollywood squad, Tenochtitlan was anxious coming into the match. However the match would go, though, the universe was hell bent on continuing the streak of Roger Roger scoring a big goal against Hollywood. Maybe Roger Roger felt more slighted by Hollywood passing him in the draft than all the other teams. Roger Roger put the ball in from a beautiful cross from the outside and helped Tenochtitlan on to the next round. It was a close game and was well fought by both sides. If I remember correctly, someone said Tenochtitlan is now 4-1 vs Hollywood in the last 5. Giant killers, there.
Next up is Paris, which will also be a tough match. Roger Roger continues to improve, adding skill weekly to help the team achieve more success. The team needs to take it one game at a time and Roger Roger needs to focus up for the next match ahead. Can Tenochtitlan repeat as Cup winners? Will a Cup victory come off the foot of the metal maniac? Only time will tell. Go Aztecs!
