Greased Lightning - fathands3k - 2026-04-07

With pre-season in full swing and friendlies just around the corner, there appears to be more and more excited murmurs about Seoul Mythic this season. Having used trades to get in some top talent in the off-season, many have been impressed with the recruits and how they have gelled into the team culture, even enhancing it which can only be an encouraging sign.

Management have been particularly impressed by Luke Walker, who they say has gained a few extra steps speed wise. "We got him just before free agency and we were happy with who he was knowing he was going to improve as a player and improve us as a team. But wow, his speed increase this summer has surprised us all. He seems to have a better first touch as well, he now needs less space to be more dangerous and has the speed and talent to create space when he needs it. He was already a dangerous player who was going to do great for us, now I can't not see him dragging us along to better things, his ability with the ball is staggeringly good, his potential is unlimited. He cost a first round pick, he should have cost more and we class this as a absolute steal, this is the future of our team".

This high praise will no doubt lead to extra eyes on his performances, but management clearly feel he is the figurehead for this team and will be a handful for any defenders to happen to come face to face with him this season. He is out to make a name for himself and that seems to be happening before our very eyes.
