[HIRING] Department Head - Recruitment - Canadice - 2026-04-08
Recruitment Head
After years of heading the Recruitment team @roquefort has asked to step down. We are now looking for a new Department Head.
As the head of a department you are tasked with both general and department specific tasks. The department responsibilities are shared among the team in its entirety but it is the Department Heads responsibility to make sure they are fulfilled. The general tasks include:
- Managing the team members, hiring new positions when needed
- Making sure the team fulfills its tasks in a timely manner
- Communicate with the BoD and other department heads
The specific responsibilities for the Recruitment team includes:
- Maintaining the affiliate system with other sim leagues
- Maintaining the recruitment rewards system
- Planning and executing seasonal recruitment drives via ex. Reddit, Youtube, Affiliate leagues and/or other avenues
- Maintaining the league's social media presence
- Maintaining relationships with possible sources of recruitment
The pay for a Department Head position is a weekly PT Pass and $3 500 000 per season.
