SFV/MON Season 25 Outlook - Jumbo - 2026-04-10

The Schwarzwälder FV Organization had a bit rough showing last season. In the Majors Division 2. Schwarzwälder FV finished last with a 1-1-8 record good for 4 points. They gave up the most goals and had a goal differential of -18. Montreal United was relegated from Minors Division 1 after finishing 1-0-9 for 3 points also giving up 32 goals and a goal differential of -24. We are coming into S25 with great enthusiasm and with a club all-in effort approach.  But lets break down each squad and look at how we fair on paper.

SFV  Schwarzwälder FV SFV
William Williams
Zoe Clarke
Maggie Sinclair
Alex Stain
Cameron Millwall
Matias Xavier
Cade Power
Kelsier Summers
Tom Mæddisen
Diego Machado
Tlacaelel Tepoztli
Siddhartha Kilgannon

So looking at this season's roster it is an improvement over last season. William Williams is the only regressing player to return. Clarke, Sinclair, Xavier, Power, Summers, Mæddisen, Tepoztli, and Kilgannon are all returning players. Cameron Millwall is promoted to Majors from Montréal United. Alex Stain comes over from Liffeyside Celtic FC via trade. Diego Machado comes to SFV via trade with CD Tenochtitlan. Kimi Häkkinen, Wang Zhihao, Mei Sukzuki are all regressing players that were sent to the Montréal United. Aimo Silakka is probably the biggest lose to SFV this season after being traded to CF Catalunya. The big players for SFV this season are Cade Power, Mattias Xavier, and Tom Mæddisen. SFV will lean heavily on these 3 to carry a good amount of work and be responsible with the ball. Power and Mæddisen will be controlling the midfield and Xavier will be holding down the back line.

PREDICTION: SFV is roughly 3rd in TPE for Division 2. So with that, Active players keep on earning, and hoping that last season was just some bad luck. We return to form and get back into fighting for promotion. Ultimately going  5-1-4 and finishing 3rd in Division 2.

Bob Kronkowski
Rokuv Gibraltar
King Szarekh
Mei Sukzuki
Henry Andrews Jr.
Kimi Häkkinen
Clara Schmidt
Monkey Buccaneer
Austin Morley
Domingo Hernández
Vincent Haye
Jonny Jones
Camelot Darugius

Minor teams can change quite a bit from season to season. And Montréal United has done just that. 4 drafted players (Hernández, Haye, Jones, Darugius), 1 Free Agent Signing (Gibraltar) 3 players from Majors.
Lost players - Cameron Millwall to Majors, Erik Beermann retiring, Hans Grudnar traded to Liffeyside Celtic FC, released 3 IA players.
Recently returned to active, Rokuv Gibraltar, was a very solid signing for the organization. The rookies all look very promising. The biggest addition is young goalkeeper Domingo Hernández. Montréal United has been needing a new goalkeeper to hold it down. Coming down from SFV, Wang Zhihao will supply offense for the squad.
PREDICTION: Montréal United is 3rd in TPE in Minors Division 2. So after being relegated, and adding some new players to the squad. Montréal United fights back and earns a promotion back to Division 1. Going 6-2-2 and finishing 2nd in the Division
