Seoul off to stuttering start - fathands3k - 2026-04-15 2 games into the season and Seoul have yet to really get started, ending up on the losing side both times. While alarm bells won't be ringing in the organisation just yet, they will want to get a strong performance and more importantly 3 points on the board sooner rather than later. While they weren't expected to really give the teams above them a fight for the title, it will be slightly worrying that performance wise they haven't hit the standard they expect of themselves. While we have seen snippets of the talent and style of play they want to incorporate, it has not been shown for long periods of either match yet. The 2nd half of their match against Inter London they lost all momentum and were on the back foot for nearly all of the 2nd half, finally conceding a penalty which allowed Inter London to take the lead late in the game with only minutes left on the clock. Fans were absolutely distraught when the ball hit the back of the net and will desperately hoping the management will find a way to get the team playing to a higher standard quickly. Their new striker Luke Walker is still awaiting his first goal for the club and will want to get off the mark and start to repay the faith management had in him to bring him to the club. While I'm sure once he gets one the floodgates will open, getting that first is always the hardest one to score. |
