Academy League - What happened during this first part ? - Liscore - 2026-05-03
The first part of the academy league is now over, so we can see who, in this championship, is in the title race. So that's today's program !
First of all, we have to start with the bad students, those who are not performing well so far and who hope to not finish last in the championship :
Sydney City and Atletico are both last on the league with 4 points : 1 victory, 1 equality and 5 defeats. That is what we can call bad results and we hope for them that the second part of the league will be better than the first one.
Then in 6th place comes Port Royal with 6 points, 2 victories for 4 defeats, with a victory 4-2 in their first match, we were hoping to see them playing the league title, but it will probably not happening.
In 5th position we have Istanbul FK, 3 victories, 1 equality and 3 defeats, Istanbul is in the middle table of the league and will have to fight hard to hope winning the league this season !
The 4 first teams are on a scale from 13 to 16 points with this results : PS Jakarta with 13 points, Victoria Falls with also 13 points, Adowa Accra with 14 points and the Stockholm is first with 16 points.
All those 4 teams can still win the league, the will have to play perfectly and have a great tactic, but with a 3 point range between the first and the fourth, everything is possible and we hope to see a great title race in this academy championship !
