One game to rule them all...
One game to bring it home...
We cooked all season ; they cooked too. We ran win after win after win, but they were watching. And waiting. They chased us, over and over again, waiting for the faintest possible opportunity for us to slip up... They did their best to cling back to some hope of automatic promotion.
But they slipped up too, at the most crucial moments. And we pounced back !
Only one game remaining for us and Cairo. Winner goes straight to Division 1, the other gets to fight again.
To be completely honest, given how epic this season has been for both teams, we should both go up. It's just... we have to win anyway.
Oh, and I think I forgot to mention, I'm starting the last game of the season ! I saw the team sheet for the game and I was so happy. I went to the manager office to thank him for it and he just told me : "Make me proud !"
I feel ready for another masterclass, and I'm really excited for it ! I'll make you proud, coach !
I think I can't hype this game more... I have to go training, big game today...
