First Season Thoughts
#1
While the team as a whole did end up struggling, it seems like there were plenty of positives and lessons learned. Tata didn't find the foothold he had hoped to on the game and had a rough time adjusting to the speed of things. He also found himself in 2 minds most of the season; one more defensive and one trying to get forward. The gaffer deployed a number of different tactics through the season and it seems that Tata struggled to get a consistent rhythm. As he progresses more in his career, things will flesh out and his skills will become more versatile, which should make it easier to meld those minds and create a useful box-to-box Midfielder for the London club.

In this offseason Tata will get together with his teammates and work on building that chemistry that's so vital to playing at a high level. Drills and training sessions will be key, but even just getting together to build friendship can boost London's performance on the pitch. Tata needs to focus on his passing, so he's going to train extra sessions with Striker Le Tissier to work on longer balls to the forward. If he can learn the striker's tendencies and improves his long ball abilities, that can help even if he's playing in a deeper-lying role.

The squad does need to make some moves in the transfer market to further bolster the defense, and it seems as though London has made some inquiries already to do so. Outside back seems to be a need for sure, but they could also use some presence on the wings to feed balls into the forwards and create on their own.

With an entire offseason of training sessions, the London club is looking to earn promotion once again to the top flight.
