Game Day Prep with Zlatan - Part 2

Welcome to part 2 of game day prep with Zlatan. In part 1 we ended with early morning prep and warm up exercises with Zlatan.

After Zlatan has finished his early morning routine and warm ups for the day, it is time for the most important meal of the day, first breakfast. Zlatan usually has his first breakfast at around 6:30am. First breakfast consists of 18 eggs, in any style that Zlatan fancies that day, scrambled, poached, sunny side up, soft boiled, raw, steamed, or omelette. Along with the eggs, an entire smoked ham, 32 oranges, 12 avocados, and 2 litres of pure diesel to keep that engine purring during game time.

After the first breakfast, Zlatan will write in his journal what he plans on achieving that day (which usually comes to fruition, 60% of the time, everytime). He will follow his journal entry with a quick light reading of around 7 to 10 encyclopaedia books, and of course some fun, the New York Times Sunday (even if it’s not a Sunday) sudoku and crossword puzzles at the same time.

With all that mental exertion, Zlatan will retire for a quick 2 minute POWER nap, as that’s all he needs to recharge back to 100%. The perfected technique allows Zlatan to “Fast” charge as he completely turns off any brain activity during the nap.
