It is therefore time to announce the federation brandings and rosters. As mentioned in the earlier post, players from the USA are eligible to transfer (transfer would only add to the eligibility for the player at this time meaning you are able to represent the USA at a later date). We've decided to present the rosters with IA and open positions clearly shown so that potential transfers can assess if and where they would want to apply for a transfer. <br><br>Starting today we will have a daily announcement of a drawn group, with three federations in each.
