Tata Youre has had fantastic success in his time in Iceland, nabbing 2 Division 1 titles and playing in 2 cup finals. However, they have fallen short of the double both times. Leadership has done an incredible job with management and sharing the wealth between Reykjavik and Northshore, and that has allowed both teams to achieve at the highest level. On an individual level, Youre is ready to step his game up another level to ensure Reykjavik's success. As an anchor and facilitator in the midfield, he knows he needs to keep his composure in high pressure situations and lead from the back in order to prevent any unwanted advances.
