First off, if you have never heard of the manga "Giant Killing", I recommend that you find a piece and enjoy the story. I'm lucky my Pa constantly brought new volumes in both Italian and Japanese, so I could not only enjoy the underdog story of ETU, their players and the enigmatic manager, but I could also keep myself rather on point with my language proficency. Maybe you will find similarities with how their story meshes with ours........wait, this is a dairy, who the hell am I writing this too? That odd capo across the street?.......wait, he's still in the Serene. Still, I guess I have plenty to write about.
First off, as I am writing my second entry, I am still in the team house with the SSL cup right next to me. Yes, we have managed to complete our underdog run and win the who Mozzarella. I TOLD THOSE GOMBINES THAT WE'D DO IT. I DAMN WELL TOLD THEM. NOW WHO'S LAUGHING THERE!?......But I know that this should not have happened if we continued how we started. Certainly was rough, with the changes that happened in management, but those same changes when complete brought us so much happiness. I called my Ma and she's saying that the whole country are in celebration, and a national holiday has been declared just to watch the whole thing. They never had much success in sports, so this........this is such a sweet reward.
I also have to give my homemade rissoto as thanks to Noot and the squad. Defense not only was a wall, but created offensively andkept possession for so long. The midfield and attack was so linked, with so many runs and chances from Shion, Kaspars, Barry and Patrik. And of course, who can't forget the man of the hour, Notorious Noot with the save that would bring tears to Buffon's eyes. Looking at him right now, He's still on top of Thess' shoulders.....and probably drunk on Moet as well.
I'll join back in the party and balance the Cup. If it falls..........I'm blaming Sam. Sorry Sammy.
