Born in Perth Australia, Hippity Hoppity was named after the popular Australian animal, the kangaroo. Growing up, all his mates were interested in playing rugby or cricket or any other popular sport in Australia. However, Hippity was set on soccer after watching it on TV for the first time as a young kid. He was infatuated with the defense in soccer as he felt it was more important than the offensive side. He loved watching players like Kyle Walker who made an impact all over the field. His father enrolled him in soccer starting at a young age much to the dismay of everyone else in his life. However, Hippity was never the most athletically gifted. He couldn't kick a ball well nor pass. He could barely even jump high even though he was named after the kangaroo. However, what he did realize, was that he was really, really fast. And this became his calling card in soccer. If he couldn't pass the ball to his teammates, he was just going to run with right by his opponents in hopes that it'd work out. So he ran and ran to get to where he is now. He hopes that the SSL will help improve his technical skills but in the event that it doesn't, he knows he can still rely on his legs.
