- What experience do you have that would be beneficial for the role? DSFL GM and 6k+ in football manger games
- What would be your short and long term plans for the organization? Raise activity in the locker room and then to develop players
- What kind of community culture do you hope to build? Fun in the sense I want channels that will want users to engage weather that be a drunk tank like my SHL team or a DnD channel
- How will you engage new users and build the community? Openly is the best word I am known as a good scout in other sim leagues and feel like that transition well here
- How would you resolve any potential conflict that can arise within the community? I have dealt with multiple conflict in my time as a DSFL GM and the way it’s been described is swift and fair
- What would you say makes a good sim league manager? I know the FM engine I know how to manage people due to real life and ISFL and feel like I can steer this team in the right direction
- Is there someone specifically you look up to as a sim league manager and why?not in the SSL but I would say sconnie and homercrates both due to there dedication to it and there longevity
- Are there any obligations in your life or in sim leagues that we should be aware of that may limit your time or availability? Apart from work and normal life thing no I’m based in Scotland so time zones cause no issues

Other things you would like to add:I applied for a expansion team (great job btw ) and wasn’t selected as I rushed my application this time I’m taking my time and really want to turn this team around
