I like the idea, but some more work can be done to make every element fit in better. Overall, the image can be made bigger to add more breathing room. Additionally, The cat head can be rotated and scaled to better fit the player body, the player names can be properly blended into the jersey along with the team logo, and the text can be made more interesting through a font change or use of different colors. Lastly, if the banner on the bottom was not that blurry, the composition would stand to benefit. Keep at it!
