Scotts Scouting Scoop #1
#1
The Academy season has begun, and so I, Scott the Scout, will be giving you the scoop on who’s hot and who’s not.

See, there are only two teams worth watching, that’s my two cents at least, so try to keep up as I call them out.
Sydney FC down under, under what? Understand what I’m saying here. The other team is Victoria Falls, upset at the ref’s calls? Don’t blame me, I’m just Scott the Scout, supplying serious scoops in this simulation circus.

Now here’s the long and short of it. Sydney started their simulation story by standing slightly unsteady against Adowa Accra.

Blobbie had some bright movements but seemed to be missing that last spark of pace to shake off defenders. He kept finding the right spaces, but that final step just wasn’t there. Still, his header off the post nearly had the fans on their feet.

Suzuki showed flashes of skill, gliding past one or two players with ease, but overall stayed quiet. A solid shift, though nothing to write home about.

Ilovezeagle was the real spark. A perfect pass here, a slick cross there. The man was everywhere. Twice he cut back into the box and hit the post once and just barely missed the second time, leaving defenders dizzy and the crowd groaning. You can tell he’s the creative heartbeat of this side, running the show every time they push forward. The only thing missing? A finish to match the flair.

Oscar Action lived up to the name, sprinting down the flank like he had fireworks in his boots. He whipped in a beauty to Blobbie that almost found the net. You blink and you’ll miss him.

And then there’s Huxley Vin Merritein. Calm as you like. Hard to press, steady in possession, always where the team needs him. The glue guy, no question about it.

So that’s Sydney’s story for now, strong start, sharp edges, but still searching for that killer touch.

Now onto Victoria Falls, going balls to the wall against our pals in the Atlético overalls.

The first goal fell and well well well, if it wasn’t Atlético who rang the bell. But that didn’t rattle the Falls, oh no! they came out clawing, and by the end, there was only one name echoing through the stands.

Scat Cat.
What an opening act. Five goals, count them. First a tap-in from a neat cross, second another easy finish, always prowling in the right place at the right time. Third, yep, another tap-in, because why change what works? Fourth, a clean volley that had the keeper frozen like a fridge magnet. And the fifth? A beauty curled into the top corner like it was drawn there. Cat of the match, no debate, no discussion.

Jonathon Jameston in the middle kept it ticking, reading the play like an open book. One sharp interception, one perfect pass, and boom! Scat Cat’s third. Calm, composed, classy.

Bodhi Grizz held the fort. A quiet game, but for a CDM, that’s the good kind of quiet. He didn’t put a foot wrong and hunted down loose balls like a dog with a bone.

Vumion Stitcherson on the right was buzzing all game. Quick feet, clever dribbles, even a cheeky shot that the keeper just managed to tip wide. Later, he whipped in a perfect cross for Scat Cat’s fifth, chef’s kiss stuff.

And at the back, Brad Woof stood steady. Not much came his way, but when it did, the tiny man can! Cool, confident, composed, no barking, just business.

So that’s Victoria Falls, fierce, fluid, and feline-focused. Scat Cat’s already writing their own legend, and I, Scott the Scout, am just here to take notes and nod in disbelief.

I’m Scott the Scout, signing off with the scoop, till the next whistle blows.

Scott just tells is like he sees it and the way I sees it you looked slow on that pitch!
Hit the tracks, the treadmill, put your trainers on and take a short walk down a long pier.
You will be hitting the ball like a cobbler with rent due!
