Hall of Fame Committee Head

The BoD is looking to develop a SSL Hall of Fame.

The HoF Committee Head's initial responsibilities include:

• Leading a discussion with the BoD on the development of the HoF department
  
• Prior to hiring voters or beginning research a final voting/initiation structure must be finalized
  
  

The HoF Committee Head's ongoing responsibilities will include:

• Hiring HoF Committee Voters
  
• Compiling statistics, and leading discussions with the voters.
  
• Ensuring the upkeep of a HoF section on the forum
  
  

The pay for a Department Head position is a weekly PT Pass and $3 500 000 per season.

What is your vision for the SSL Hall of Fame?
It is essential to have an understanding of SSL history as we begin the HoF. Are you familiar with the SSL’s early history? If not, how would you go about researching it?
How would you handle situations involving close votes or controversial candidates? Do you feel comfortable dealing with the discussion that might arise when people disagree with the committee’s decisions?
How would you deal with a HoF committee voter that is not actively participating in discussions?
