Life goes on in portugal as it does in the ssl. Now I will preface this that I am ofcourse speaking from a very priviledged position. Not many people even win any titles, let alone multiple in my first seasons. However this week has certainly been disapointing.
Usp lost the chance of the title, all in all a prrtty disappointing season for the supposedly best team in the league.
To add to thst AS Paris also lost, losing their unbeaten streak.
Still the cup to play for for usp and there is the last game of belmont coming up. Expansion is also looming so there is plenty to look out for in the future.
It has not excaped my attention that usp started struggling as soon as I took my break here in portugal. I hope these are not related.
Life here has been quiet, but good quiet. The type of quiet I can get used to. However I would be lying if ai said I did not miss the hussle and bussle of paris and sao paulo some days. I think this break is doing me good but I also cannot wait to return. Next season we WILL get thay treble.
