What happen with the 11 Overall pick

If you saw the draft board right after the S3 draft one pick was missing and that pick was for the Club de Futbol Catalunya. But what happen to the pick, well know we know what that pick is it’s the Left Defenseman Juha Jarvinen who is a prospect who start to play Football in Finland, when he move to Canada, but more on that on a other article. So what happen with that 11 pick, well when they announced that they select Juha Jarvinen the young prospect his so fast then when he walk to the stage take his team Jersey and team cap, all the audience and journalist only saw a huge blow of wind. The Journalist who was responsible of keeping track of every pick in this draft just leave that space blank, because he didn’t saw anyone on the stand, he heard the name but didn’t saw him so just didn’t take any chance and leave that 11 pick open. The Catalunya GM Budget Busquets needed to came with camera footage in slow-motion to prove that Jarvinen did shake his name and take the Catalunya Jersey to prove that the draft player was their.

During the Catalunya training camp, we had the chance to ask some questions to Juha Jarvinen himself:

Interviewer: Hello Jarvinen, how are you today? Excited for the start of a new journey?

Jarvinen: I am doing very good thanks, Well yes I am obviously excited to play my first game in the Catalunya uniform.

Interviewer: How did you react when you saw that you’re selection by Catalunya was leaving blank?

Jarvinen: It was funny for me at first, because I knew but my family members didn’t saw me in the draft board was all shock to not see me and my little brothers who is a draft fanatic and is always keeping an eye on the SSL was in flames. I explain it that the blank place was me, he didn’t know what to say and when the draft board was updated he screenshot it and send it to me.
