This bug has been reproduced, but we have yet to find the actual triggers of the reset. Nonetheless the simmers are now aware that this can occur and will be more vigilant when double checking the tactics in the Tactical Meeting screen.

The fine is for not double checking the tactics prior to the game which the simmer can do after the bug.
