Gary Hog Enters the League What a lad
#1
Gary Hog, the stoic defender hailing from Boston, MA, recently entered himself into the Season 4 Simulation Soccer League Draft. Gary Hog is entering the Simulation Soccer League after a successful 4-year Division 1 Collegiate career at Kentucky that saw him win his team’s MVP award and nominated as an All-American. Gary was a starter all 4 years at Kentucky and helped lead the team to three top 20 finishes across the entire NCAA.

Gary Hog plays a no frills, shutdown defensive game at the Center Back position. The tall, strong defender shows deceptive athleticism and speed on the back line that combines well with his gift for natural anticipation of the play in front of him. Gary Hog is not one to jump up in the play or have a presence in the offensive end, but his defensive prowess more than makes up for his offensive deficiencies. He may not be the flashiest player, but he plays a tight conservative game known to fluster even the most talented front-end talent in the league. Hog is tough mentally and is a natural leader among his peers. He sees himself as the field general on the back-end and his fellow defenders appreciate his outspoken style.

Off the field, Gary Hog is about as bland as his play on the field is. He is a big believer in practicing yoga and meditation to sharpen the mental aspects of his game. Gary is continuously pushing his flexibility and core strength to its peak. Hog is also an avid enjoyer of fantasy books, tv shows, movies, and video games. He tried to get into Dungeons & Dragons but just couldn’t find himself enjoying the role playing aspect of it. Hog is currently playing through Diablo 2 Resurrected again, because he has a borderline addiction to grinding for gear.
