1) I was a little more hands on with Cape Town and Sao Paulo during the design process with direct ideas and I feel both those brands turned out fantastic, so maybe a little biased with those, but honestly I am always excited for where the league is headed next, so I might just say "the next one"
2) I think the work Canadice is doing with the bot is a major feature that was on my Wishlist, and hopefully that is something that can continue to be refined each and every season to help engagement for players within the league. Outside of that, my answer goes into answer #3
3a) I think I have shared this before somewhere, but I would love for the World Cup to start with 24 Nations (idealy 32, but maybe someday 40) that would all be grouped into groups of 4. Basically standard World Cup rules that see the groups then have certain teams eliminated after a round robin and down to a final 16 teams going through knockout stages. I don't personally want regions, but would rather players whose nation wasn't big enough (lets say Gibraltar with only 1 player) would be able to be loaned to another small nation that had 4 or 5 players. Ideally the World Cup would be every 3 seasons, that way it happens 2 times every IRL year but isn't something that is majorly taxing on the league (while also creating a rare opportunity to win a unique trophy). I'd love for it to have its own dedicated 2-week window so that it gets the spotlight that it deserves and could provide a great change of pace to the normal league happenings. I think its probably a couple seasons away and still requires some more people to join the league, while also having more people step up into current jobs / roles
3b) I think rather than a U21 World Cup, Omni had this idea of a Prospect Showcase. I think it would (someday) be fantastic for their to be a little week long prospect showcase of the incoming draft class (and maybe some rookie season players as well to fill out the rosters) to give a chance for the new players to join the league and get their feet wet before being drafted. Could watch their player get some minutes and experience themselves within the sim from day 1. I think that would go over much better than a separate World Cup just for young players
