There is no record of where your 40 available TPE come from and i cannot approve until that is fixed. Also updates are not 1 for 1 with TPE. All updates follow this scale: TPE Scale Value Cost 6-7: 2 TPE 8-10: 4 TPE 11-13: 6 TPE 14-16: 12 TPE 17-18: 18 TPE 19-20: 25 TPE So for example your dribbling would need 90 TPE to go from 10 -> 18.
