Please also read the <a href='https://simsoccer.jcink.net/index.php?showtopic=4584' rel='nofollow noopener' target='_blank'>previous announcement</a> for details about the prolonged off-season prior to S13.<br><br><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>Pending FA period</span><br>Any player that is on an expiring contract (no contract signed for S13) is considered a pending free agent. Organizations may contact a pending FA and negotiate a contract. The player is not a free agent until the start of the next season thus they may still sign an extension with their current team during the week without reducing the team's transfer budget. We just make to make one thing clear: <u><b>A manager may not force a player to provide intent to sign. This week is intended for players to be able to talk to teams and be shown alternatives for how their future may look.</b></u><br><br><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>Re-rolls and Redistribution</span><br>S11 (last chance) and S12 players may re-roll their player during this off-season.<br><br>This is also the last week when S12 players may redistribute 100 TPE and/or their entire positional XP. S12 goalkeepers may also use this redistribution to conduct a full re-roll to an outfield player.<br><br><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>Claiming old tasks</span><br>The deadline to claim earnings (both capped and uncapped TPE) from S11 is at the end of this off-season (January 7). S11 started on August 7 or AC#90 and ended on October 8 or AC#98.<br><br><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>S13 Prospect Draft</span><br>We are also gearing up for the SSL Prospect that is set to take place next weekend. More information about a specific time and a dedicated link to the draft list is going to be published during next week.<br><br><br>Canadice and the BoD.
