Theme Week.
So for this valentine's day Xherdan Xhaka will be spending time with their family. That family being Catalunya FC. You see, Xherdan Xhaka only has one thing on his mind and only one true love. Football... Xherdan Xhaka grew up missing out most of these international holidays as well as his special days in favour of practicing and training. His last memory was him being hated on by his group of friends for skipping the Sechseläuten holiday and missed out on the Böögg burning. Not to mention that he was criticised by his peers for being "un-swiss" for never attending any National Feiertags (i.e. Switzerland Unification day on the 1st of August). These words clearly hurt Xherdan Xhaka, but it only made Everyone who used to dog on him or talk poorly about him behind his back have now backtracked on their statements ever since he had joined the Simulation Soccer League and started to play an active role at CF Catalunya. It all just goes back to the one true thing that Xherdan Xhaka loves and that is to play football. Just being out their on the training grounds fills Xherdan Xhaka with so much happiness and hope, it truly is the only thing that he has found that makes him feel at home. Football offers Xherdan Xhaka a comfort that no one or anything has provided him with before. There is something that Xherdan Xhaka feels when he steps out on to the pitch on gameday. There is a sense of belonging, regardless of whether he is being booed or whistled at by the opposing team's fans. It is just part and parcel of the "sounds of a football match" and that feels him with happiness and puts his mind to rest. When Xherdan Xhaka steps out on to the football field, he plays rough, but at the end of the day its a respect for his opponents and respect for the game of football. So for this year, Xherdan Xhaka's valentine's day will be spent in the gym and preparing for the upcoming games.
