ARCHIVED: HIRING: Tokyo/Cairo Assistant Manager

Hello everyone! I am looking to bring in a second AM to work alongside myself and @kdr here in Tokyo/Cairo. 

I will try to keep this brief!

We have a very talented tactician (Frith) who handles the FM side of things (though obviously any additional insight there is always welcome), and I can deal with the contracts/trades/etc. So essentially I'm just looking for someone to help out with locker room activity, team bonding, and scouting. To that end, the qualifications I'm hoping for are:

• People skills (chatting up new folks, scouting)
  
• Progressive priorities (I will not draft bigots, and as is the case in any locker room I build anywhere, I want to continue to make Tokyo a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ folks and people who have otherwise been excluded in sports)
  
• Kindness
  
• Initiative (someone I can trust will work off our scouting sheet without me having to assign them specific people)
  
• Activity (someone who can get the locker room hopping, help with encouraging people to do PTs etc)
