WSFC Region Manager

The World Simulation Football Classic consists of 16 regions of a varying number of nations. The role of a Regional Manager consists of leading the region during the tournament, constructing and submitting a roster, submitting tactics and engage with the players before and during the tournament.

As the time between tournaments is relatively long we are opting to make this a temporary assignment during the months leading up to the tournament and the tournament period itself. Payment in form of a PT pass will be applicable during this period as well as a monetary payment of a tier 2 job (5 million split over two seasons). Each region may have up to two (2) regional managers.

An applicant must already represent (or be eligible to transfer) to the region they are applying for.

- I was AM and tactician for Kaapstadt and I am now the OM of one of the most active LR in SSL.

- I am very knowledgeable about football and the players of my regions and already know my potential Co-OM (Vesu)

- By building some hype around the team and making active players in the forum/discord in the center of my project

I am currently the OM of one of the newest expansion orgs in the SSL (Xelaju)
I would be a good fit to the role because I already know my way around manager tasks and I have a vast knowledge of tactical ability
By engaging in the LR with our fellow countrymen or regional neighbors and providing hype around the WSFC

- What experience do you have that would be beneficial for the role?
Current manager for Sydney City Academy (not sure if that's really beneficial given our current standing in the table, lol).

- Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?
I've got the time and I can push a few peoples' buttons for a jovial rivalry.

- How will you engage users and build the community?
(See above). But keeping the sub channel alive with some joking around, keeping things light... but serious (we're going to win!). Drum up some drama with articles and graphics in the forum, etc.

- Are there any obligations in your life or in sim leagues that we should be aware of that may limit your time or availability?
Not really.

Other random things you would like to add that are relevant to the application:
Conflicts will be resolved by either a Discord .gif war or a trivia question (to be determined on the severity of any conflict). All in good fun.

I am somewhat decent at football manager, (making tactics) + I am already an org manager. So I think I already have plenty of experience for the role.

- Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?
Because I love my country and I would die to get 3 points for them. (as a player and manager)

- How will you engage users and build the community?
Hype them up and force them to die for 3 points like me.

- Are there any obligations in your life or in sim leagues that we should be aware of that may limit your time or availability?
I’m a student.
(But I study IT, so I'm still at my pc all the time.)

- Seoul MFC Captain and highest TPE player in the minor league. Worked as a commentator, assistant manager, and sticker maker.
- I understand the tactic system well and am an active participant in my team discourse.
-  Through hype and fun team activities that can be done through discord.

- I'm a busy student, but I should be able to make time.

-I'm fairly sure I'm the third highest TPE player for my region (Latin America) since we're desperately lacking in depth.

Been Accra Academy manager for 2 season, Rookie Captain for Krung Thep for 2 season

- Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?
I can get a team excited and active, for now it was mostly for player development but I do think that energy can be translated to a group of players who are envy to participate and win the whole thing

- How will you engage users and build the community?
Like I usually do; friendly, joyful and determination to share. The match ain't finished until the clock runs out !

- Are there any obligations in your life or in sim leagues that we should be aware of that may limit your time or availability?
9 to 5 jobs but besides that nothing

- What experience do you have that would be beneficial for the role?

Although I have relatively not that much experience in both the SSL System (S23 class) and in FM24 (Just 2 saves for a joint total of about 120ish hours) I feel that Im able to learn things relatively quickly and adapt to the environment accordingly.

- Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?

I would like to put what little experience I have to good use and this feels like the perfect environment for me to do so.

- How will you engage users and build the community?

I'll try to use the South American LR to discuss tactics and general information with the players, trying to find something that could led us to a good performance in the tournament.

- Are there any obligations in your life or in sim leagues that we should be aware of that may limit your time or availability?

I should be out of College by the start of the WSFC and I work remotely and my PC so aside from delays while answering due to my work I don't think there will be a major delay in communications through the duration of the tournament.
