Hello everyone! I am Summerstood and I'm the Organizational Manager of União São Paulo / Association Sportive de Paris.
One of our current Assistant Managers will be stepping down from their role at the end of this season. So, we are currently in search of another person to join myself and @roquefort to become a part of our Management Group as the second Assistant Manager starting next season.
So, as an Assistant Manager you would be expected to:
- Be active in SSL (Seriously.. Please do!)
- Be active in our Locker Room and help us in keeping it an open, active and an inviting space for everyone.
- Help us with scouting aka chat with the Academy players and Free Agents to see who would be a good fit for our Locker Room
- Giving valuable input in all Organizational decisions as part of the Management!
- If you are an FM Nerd, you could also help us out with your inputs in the tactic creation (We have some proud FM nerds here in our team (including me!) and we would invite you with open arms and a big smile!)
- Have fun (while respecting others boundaries) !
Perks of the Job:
- A seasonal pay is 2.5 million (aka you'll get 2.5 Million at the end of every season)
- PT Pass (Weekly PT absolutely FREE!!! Wouldn't you want that?)
